Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

I will accept returns of most things up to 5 days from purchase. This is to allow you to see if the item is suitable. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it and delivered to me. If you need more time than this, discuss this with me before purchasing.

Items I have shipped are mostly non returnable. The items I sell are usually inexpensive and secure shipping is prohibitively costly. Exceptions may be considered if discussed prior to purchase. For fragile items, shipping is at your risk unless you purchase insurance from the carrier.

Larger items like furniture are not returnable due to limited storage.

If returning an item in person you need to contact me and set up a time for someone to be available and have the cash to give you. Since I am not a retail store, this is a necessary step.

Refunds

Where a return is authorized by me, after it is received and inspected, I will send an email to notify you that I have received the item.

If the refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment.

Exchange and gifts

If the item was purchased locally or you can come in person, I may consider exchanging it for something else at my discretion in order to help you. I want to be fair and keep people happy: If fairly recently purchased, likely you will get something of the same value. This applies to gifts as well.

Gifts

Email Vouchers can be sent to people you want to give a gift to. Just contact me for how to do this. If buying something for a gift, let me know before purchase and I can create a return or exchange window for you.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should contact me first to make arrangements and confirm that you can.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any new return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
